Shipping

• EU: free, tracked. 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Worldwide: €75, tracked. 7–20 business days after dispatch. We ship to the countries listed on the product page. For anywhere else, email us.
• When it leaves: within 2 business days of payment. We only sell masks that are finished and ready to ship.
• You get a tracking number by email when your mask ships.

Import duties outside the EU

Your country may charge import duties, taxes and handling fees when the parcel arrives. They are not included in our price and are paid by you. If a parcel is refused or not collected, it comes back to us: please contact us.

Returns

Don't love it? Send it back.

Within 14 days of delivery, email uncannymasks@proton.me with your order number. Ship the mask back tracked — return postage is on you. We refund the full price within 14 days, as soon as the mask arrives or you send us proof of postage.

The same for every country.
