1. Who we are

This shop, Uncanny Masks, is run by Vladislavs Kivelevs, Zolitūdes iela 38, k-3 - 12, Rīga, LV-1029, Latvia. Email: uncannymasks@proton.me. Phone: +371 28635743. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to or shown in our prices.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to every purchase made on uncannymasks.com by consumers. By placing an order you agree to them. They are available in English.

3. The product

Each mask is made by hand. Small differences in colour, texture and hair from the photos are a natural part of hand-made work and are not a defect. The main characteristics of the mask are described on the product page.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and are final prices. Shipping costs are shown on the product page before you start checkout and again on the payment page. Payment is taken at the time of order through Stripe, which accepts cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your card details.

Buyers outside the EU may have to pay import duties, taxes and handling fees charged by their country. These are not included in our price and are paid by the buyer.

5. How the contract is made

You choose your country, press Buy and complete the payment on the secure payment page. The contract is concluded when your payment is confirmed. We then send you an order confirmation by email with your order number and these terms.

6. Availability

We only sell masks that are finished and ready to ship. Your mask ships within 2 business days after payment. When none is available, the shop shows "Sold out" and no order can be placed.

7. Delivery

We ship with tracking to the address you give at checkout. Typical delivery times after dispatch: 3–7 business days within the EU, 7–20 business days elsewhere. These are estimates and not guaranteed by the carrier. The risk of loss passes to you when you or a person you name receives the parcel.

8. Returns (every country)

Don't love it? Send it back.

Within 14 days of delivery, email uncannymasks@proton.me with your order number. Ship the mask back tracked — return postage is on you. We refund the full price within 14 days, as soon as the mask arrives or you send us proof of postage.

This applies wherever you live, for any reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the mask. We refund to the payment method you used. For consumers in the EU this includes the legal right of withdrawal; you may use the model form below, but you don't have to.

9. Orders shipped outside the EU

Your country may charge import duties and taxes on delivery. They are not included in our price and are paid by you.

10. Legal guarantee

Consumers in the EU also have the 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are not as described or are defective. Nothing in these terms limits it.

11. Complaints

Write to uncannymasks@proton.me. We answer within 1 business days. If we can't agree, consumers can contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC), Brīvības iela 55, Rīga, LV-1010, www.ptac.gov.lv.

12. Law

These terms are governed by Latvian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.
